Bima Palma Group  is a  growing  Palm Oil Plantation Company located in Kutai  Timur   East Kalimantan . Currently is seeking candidate to fill the vacant position as Legal Manager in Jakarta Office .

LEGAL MANAGER (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the protection of the Company’s  reputation and interest
• Ensure communication and coordination with other division on Legal matter .
• Share legal knowledge with internal clients in order to create legal awareness inside the company.
• Anticipate new laws and regulations within the area of responsibility
• Manage legal paper and documentation filing
• Company contract, implement legal due diligence, giving legal opinion

Requirements:

• Educational Background : Minimum S1 in Law ( Preferably S2 ) from reputable University
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the same area ( experience in Palm Oil Plantation much preferable)
• Possess advocate licensed
• Able to make company contract, implement legal due diligence, give legal opinion
• Fluent in English both in oral and written
• Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Having an effective communication skill
• Possesses the ability to coordinate, influence and lead people
• Having the attitude of honesty, integrity, Initiative as well as self discipline
• Proactive Cooperation in the work environment
• Willing to travel to site when required .
