Territory Manager Organizer Jawa Timur Responsibilities: Ensure the company’s cores values which are SHE, ethics, and respect for people are in ZERO incident. The focus is on to ensure all employees (Pioneer & 3rd party) under corn field operations drive safely at all times Develop strategy and plan to establish good relationship with growers for volume and acreage planning as given from Field Corn and Rice Manager Plan and develop people with HR in short and long term for future business growth Coordination with Finance to manage grower compensation and with Accountant to plan, monitor, and control on capital and operation expenses Monitor and control all field key operations under 3rd party to achieve target quality, productivity, and cost Requirements: Master Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture related field A minimum 2 – 5 years previous work experience in FOS position or related agricultural industry Proficient in English (oral & written) Computer literate(Ms. Word, excel, power point) Strong in organizational skills, communication & negotiation Willing to relocate around East Java Working independently (less supervision) Send your resume with code of TMOas subject of your email to   HR.Indonesia@pioneer.com or you may submit to:   PT.
