Production Agronomist (PA ) Jawa Timur Responsibilities: Identify A class area and grower to support according required from acreage allocation Lead all growers to follow all company instructions for higher quality and productivity Monitor and control production field for the quality and all cultural practices from planting, harvesting, and coordinate for delivery to the conditioning plant. Control the material inventory for effectively and efficiency in usage Requirements: Bachelor degree on Agriculture Subject ( preferably Agronomy ) Strong organizational, leadership and communication .
