We are a well established foreign company in Palm Plantation, we are still expanding plantation projects in the region adopting the industry’s best practices and deriving operational excellence.    We invite dynamic professionals and result oriented person with motivation and creativity to full fill following position: Field Assistant - Plantation (Code: FA) Kalimantan Barat - Sambas Responsibilities: To assist the Assistant Estate Manager in maintaining the estate under good order and execute plantation activities of the estate To regularly inspect the growth of the plantation and take remedial actions to prevent them from disease and other natural hazards To coordinate the field operations and supervision of the activities such as harvesting, loose fruit collection, transporting FFB, fertilising, weeding, pruning and other field activities To make a budget Requirements: Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Agronomy/Agricultural Cultivation Male, 28 – 38 years old Min. 3 years experience in the same position in palm plantation industry Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc) Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures Highly motivated and creative minded with  a strong drive to succeed Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire Work based at Estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan)   If you are interested in taking up above challenging career required & qualifications, please send your complete CV in MS Word (only CV) with current & expected salary and recent photograph addressed to email: hrd.azagro@gmail.com.
