PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk is now one of the largest diversified and integrated agribusiness groups, in Indonesia engaged in cultivation of oil palm, rubber, sugar cane and other crops with its products of branded palm oil, vegetable oils and fats. We are looking for competent and professional candidates to fill in the following position:

ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring implementation of ERM activities across the Group.
• Supervision of the quarterly ERM implementation process (i.e., identification, assessment, treatment of risks) in his/ her respective units/ areas.
• Review, validate, and consolidation of reports resulting from the quarterly ERM implementation process.
• Conduct of monthly monitoring of the progress/ status of the implementation of risk treatments/ mitigation plans) in his/ her respective units/ areas.

Qualifications:

• Male/ Female, maximum 28 years of age
• At least 3 years experience in risk management/ internal audit/ compliance (palm oil plantation background is an advantage)
• S1 degree either in Accounting, Engineering, or any relevant discipline from reputable university with minimum GPA 3
• Excellent English both written and sopken
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self motivated and highly analytical skills
