Assistant Mechanical (Workshop) - Plantation

Requirements:

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive / Transportation or any related discipline from reputable university
• Male, 28 – 38 years old
• Min. 2 years experience in the same position in palm plantation industry
• Have knowledge of machinery & heavy equipment
• Expert in electricity and spare parts
• Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
• Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure.
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures
• Work based at Estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan)

Responsibility:

• Responsible for schedule maintenance equipment, transport vehicles, mechanical equipment, electrical machinery (generators), small engines, and pumps to reference maintenance activities
• Coordinate with the Assistant and Head Gardens in planning the use of heavy equipment, transportation vehicles, mechanical equipment, machinery, listril (genset), small engines and pumps
• To coordinate with the Department of Engineering to maximize the use of heavy equipment, transport vehicles, and machinery
• Inspect and monitor the repair of heavy equipment, transportation vehicles, mechanical equipment, electrical machinery (generators), small engines, and pumps
