CEO/President Director

Job Description

• To Formulate operational policies and Strategic for Business PalmPlantation.
• To Set the Goals and Objectives/Key Performance Indicators as Formulateddead line for the team
• To utilize the resources as much possible by coordinating them to attainthe formulated goals.
• To collaborate with the Shareholders for realizing company with accuracy.
• To evaluation and monitor all the functions of Dept/Div of Palm Plantation Business to ensure that they are working on the right track.

The Requirement

• Have experience on Operational and Finance of Palm Plantation minimum 15years, with 5 years with Director level
• Excellent analysis, observation and decision making skills
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Accumen for Palm Plantation business, deep and through knowledge ofrelated on law.
• Master Degree on Agriculture/MBA on Finance.
