We are a Palm Oil Plantation Company. Our plantations are located in Kalimantan and Sulawesi. To support our business growth, the Company is searching for high potential candidate for following position :

 

Training Manager

Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur)

 

 

Requirements:

• Male
• Min Bachelors degree of any major, preferably Agriculture
• Have a minimum of 5 year experience as same position
• Able to identification & design training programs, evaluation & delivering training.
• Proficient in the creating modules and visual aids for a training
• Possesses strong presentation and communication skill
• Attractive, good performance, personality, honest, self motivated, discipline
• Willing to be place at Samarinda
