Industry Affairs Executive

This position will be supports Corporate Affairs team for development and implementation of an industry affairs program with focus on grower outreach and other members of the food and feed value chain in Indonesia.

Key Accountabilities :

• Develop and implement an industry affairs strategic plan to build support for biotechnology acceptance including biotech corn with commodity and farm organizations, grain handlers/processors, feed and livestock industry, seed organizations and food, and related trade organizations.
• Build sustainable relationships and support for biotechnology with major grower and commodity groups at federal and provincial level in Indonesia
• Develop strategic partnerships and programs beneficial to Monsanto Indonesia and key stakeholders throughout the agri food and feed value chain

Requirements:

• At least have 2-3 years or more experience in relevant segment of the agriculture business chain
• Have proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed, fast -paced and dynamic environment
• Preferable have experience in industry affairs
• Able to understand complex issues or situations quickly and plan decisive actions
• Ability to build strategic partnership and prorgams with external stakeholders
• Demonstrate credibility and integrity in communication
