Field Assistant Harvester

Based: Sungai Lilin, South Sumatera

Sumatera Selatan - Sungai Lilin

Responsibilities:

• Make daily and monthly work plans.
• Implementation of the operational budget for the estate to achieve high performance, Effectiveness in work with optimum cost based on SOP.
• Regulate and monitor all activities in accordance with the standard crop in the field, norms of work to achieve the target/achievement of total production, budget, efficient use of labor standards and working equipment.
• Create a regular reports and timely.
• Guide and organize the work in the field as well as maintaining relationships conducive against the other team.
• Train supervisors and employees harvest and conduct field training program in accordance with the plans.
• Ensure all work facilities in good condition and ready for use.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance work in accordance with government policies and regulations LK3MKP.
• Directs and keep well and are always open to existing local community.
• Always ready with the tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• General
• Formal educational background of agriculture.
• Diploma or SPMA with a minimum of 3 years working experience in the field.
• Have a good knowledge about Fundamental of Leadership.
• Understand well about the principles of the Cargill’s guidelines.

• Technical
• Understand well about the Estate Management.
• Have a good understand using compass and read a map.
• Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel)
• Have a good knowledge about OMP and TOP system.
• Capable analyzing and investigating of a significant impact on the environmental aspects.
• Understand well management system ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2004 and SMK3 (OHSAS 18001:1999)

• Additional Qualifications
• Must be willing to live with the estate environment that have been provided or moved to another estate area that related to the need of the company management
