Head of Internal Audit (Plantation) (Code: HIA-Plant.)

Kalimantan Barat

Responsibilities:

• The position will be responsible to handle for all internal audits for operation plantation activity and not limited to planning, execution, report, and evaluation.
• Prepare audit time plan, gather, analyze, and controlling data or information along with its achievement.
• Performing field audit activity and handle audit program review.
• Supporting both of internal audit and department activity to ensure the risk potential and risk management at below level.
• Conduct analysis on issues and ensure follow up with solution.
• Monitoring strategic implementation and make sure that procedures run optimally and appropriately
• Evaluate and analyze the results of the implementation of corporate strategy and looking for suggestions on solving problems that arise
• Directs the functions of each department in implementing corporate strategy
• Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking,
• Able to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree on Agriculture or related disciplines
• Male/Female, max. 47 years old
• Min 5 year experience in well-known operation business palm oil plantation company as Internal Audit or Advisor Plantation
• Experienced in preparing audit plan, audit program, audit report and follow up audit progress report and conducting audit field work
• Has strong analytical quality, highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must
• Required: English proficiency (passive) & computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Excellence leadership, good personality, interpersonal skill, and good communication skill
