PT. Ganda Sawit Utama was established on October 20th, 2003 and act as a flagship to represent Ganda Group companies which mainly focus on palm oil agribusiness as its core business. The Group is expanding rapidly; therefore we are looking for qualified professional people to join our company at the following position :

DIVISION MANAGER/Askep Kebun

Responsibilities:

* To conduct agronomy trials with the objective of improving yields and enhancing the growth of oil palms in peat and mineral soils.
* To be proficient in scientific analysis of information and writing of reports and publications.
* Conduct training sessions to estate personnel on good agronomic practices and water management.
* Plan and provide fertilizer application programs and recommendations for oil palm for the Group oil palm estates plantings and advise the estates on the good agronomic & water management practices for yield improvement.
* Provide trainings/clinics in various agronomic aspects for executive and non-executive.

Requirements:

* Degree / Diploma from reputable university graduate from Agriculture (Pertanian).
* Min. 5 years experience handle palm plantation.
* Male, age max. 45 years old.
* Control productivity crop & labour productivity
* Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point)
* English language skill actively
* Good communication, reporting & presentation skill
* Strong leadership, conceptual thinking, high quality standard of work, budgeting & cost control
